1kg chicken wings, halved at the joint (keep the wing tips for a stock)

Make a marinade by combining the following:

How to Make Home-Made Advieh

Advieh is an Iranian spice blend to flavour rice or meat dishes.

It is easy to make, simply lightly toast the whole spices, allow to cool then grind and blend all ingredients in a pestle and mortar.
