Whilst reviewing Google Analytics of my website and blog it is clearly obvious that when I post something on there or on social media and include the word ‘curry‘ the stats go through the roof.
What is it that we love so much about curry, I wonder? I spent one month travelling around India earlier this year and I can count the number of memorable meals I enjoyed on one finger and it seems to me that most of the restaurant cooks left there and emigrated to the UK where a new brand of ‘British Indian Restaurant’ style curry has evolved.
And for the past week I have been creating curry as though it is going out of fashion, well actually it is not very fashionable in rural Andalucía anyway, except at Casa Adora that is.
