I'm often out walking my dog, shopping, pottering about the village or somewhere on the road in Florie, my campervan, so email is best. Rural Spain has surprisingly good mobile coverage, so wherever I am I'll pick your message up on my phone and get back to you soon – or even quicker if I happen to be sat in my office.
