Whilst watching the football on Saturday and drinking copious amounts of bottles of Cruzcampo it seemed like a good idea to use some of the fresh turkey that I had butchered the day before.
And having so many beers I was just very pleased that this dish tasted as great as it looked, I didn’t even burn the rice which accompanied it.
Needless to say I cannot recall the exact recipe but rice vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, corn flour, tomato purée and hoisin sauce featured as well as sesame oil, garlic and ginger. And turkey.
