This is an area de autocaravans provided free by the local town hall. It's an area which is part of the sports centre (Pabellón Municipal) parking complex with fresh water, grey and black water discharge. The tap is push button and I haven't found a suitable connector yet. If anyone can help then please shout.
It is actually quite close to my home and on the route to my usual supermarket so I often call here to use the services and on occasion I stay overnight.
There are a few bars close by and walking areas for my dogs.
It is next door to a park and picnic area (bring a carrot for the donkey).
In less than 100 metres walk there is the Noria de Albendín - a reproduction of an old Arab waterwheel, built by local tradesman Juan Antonio Hinojosa Rayes.
It is in working order and provides irrigation for the park's gardens, an aqueduct carries water from the river Guadajoz.
Close by at about 2km are the Bunkers de Albendín from the time of the Spanish civil war. There are four structures. One was dismantled when the A305 was expanded and the remains are on now on the opposite side of the road.
I haven't inquired yet but I'm sure you'd be able to use the showers at the Padel centre next door. In summer there's a fantastic outside pool at 3€/day, obviously it has showers and a café and bar too.
