How to Make Home-Made Coconut Flour

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Spread the leftover pulp onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Spread evenly and bake in the oven at 100°C until completely dried out.
  3. Blitz in a blender until powdered.
  4. Note: this flour absorbs a lot of liquid when baking – use in small amounts, and add extra eggs for binding.

Footnote:
This flour only exists because nothing in this kitchen goes to waste – start with my Home-Made Coconut Milk and use the pulp you'd otherwise bin.

This recipe is part of my food and recipes collection. Wonky photos, proper food, genuine adventures – The Flexible Chef.
