Stuck for lunch but need to use up leftover smoked salmon? This is quick, simple and rather tasty spread over toast (with or without butter).

Roughly chop up a couple of slices of smoked salmon and place in a whizzer together with:

Teaspoon horseradish
Tablespoon Greek yoghurt
Squeeze fresh lemon juice
Good grind black peppercorns
Chopped chives/parsley/basil or whatever you have to hand

Whizz to desired smoothness.
